Rachel Tranter
Executive Director and founder. Rachel is a founding director of Women on Boards UK. She brings over a decade experience in non-executive board recruitment – both advising recruiting boards on their requirements and approach; and supporting our members to excel during selection processes. She has deep insight in public sector recruitment, as she sits as an Independent Panel Member for the Ministry of Justice. Rachel previously sat as an Independent Non Executive Director of the Amateur FA, combining her passions for football and governance. Prior to establishing Women on Boards in 2012, she spent 18 years as an international corporate tax consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and subsequently with Cardio Direct Ltd, a medical provider of cardiac services. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, ATII qualified.

Alex Osborne, Consultant and Head of Financial Services Client Success, Nurole
Alex brings deep expertise and strategic insight to board-level recruitment within Financial Services. Currently serving as a Consultant and Head of FS Client Success at Nurole, he leads the firm’s efforts in advising on board appointments across a wide array of sectors—including investment companies, banking, building societies, asset management, specialty finance, and FinTech.
Alex previously spent three years at Lygon Group, a boutique board-focused executive search firm, executing executive and non-executive searches across a variety of sectors. He started his career as an associate within the Board and CEO Services practice at Korn Ferry.
