Rachel Tranter
Executive Director and founder. Rachel is a founding director of Women on Boards UK. She brings over a decade experience in non-executive board recruitment – both advising recruiting boards on their requirements and approach; and supporting our members to excel during selection processes. She has deep insight in public sector recruitment, as she sits as an Independent Panel Member for the Ministry of Justice. Rachel previously sat as an Independent Non Executive Director of the Amateur FA, combining her passions for football and governance. Prior to establishing Women on Boards in 2012, she spent 18 years as an international corporate tax consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and subsequently with Cardio Direct Ltd, a medical provider of cardiac services. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, ATII qualified.

Grace Hamza
Grace Hamza is a senior leader at Nurole, the global platform transforming board hiring through technology and a community-first approach. With a career spanning strategic advisory, executive search, and organizational transformation, Grace brings deep expertise in helping companies identify and attract board-level talent that drives real impact.
