Elisabeth Stheeman
Elisabeth Stheeman joined the board of M&G plc as well as its Audit and Risk Committees on 1 August 2024. Elisabeth is currently Chair of the Edinburgh Investment Trust plc, Non-Executive Director of W. P. Carey Inc, and Non-Executive Member of Deloitte’s North & South Europe Board and the Deloitte UK Oversight Board, as well as Deloitte’s Audit Governance Board.
Elisabeth was an External Member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank until September 2025. She served on the Bank of England’s Financial Policy Committee until February 2024 and the Bank of England’s Financial Market Infrastructure Board until December 2023. Prior to this, Elisabeth was Global Chief Operating Officer for LaSalle Investment Management and prior to that worked at Morgan Stanley for 25 years across a variety of sectors including Real Estate and the Financial Institutions Group

Hanim Dogan-Jain
Hanim Dogan-Jain is an exited tech founder turned investor. An accomplished venture capitalist, strategic adviser, and NED with over 30 years of experience in ClimateTech, Health & Wellness, Consumer Goods, and EduTech. As an Advisory Board Member at The American International University in London and Partner and Investment Director at Prime Advantage Capital Partners, she assists startups/scale-ups with growth strategies, fundraising, and exits. She also advises organisations like the European Innovation Council, Startupbootcamp, and Techstars, mentoring startups in FinTech, AI, and RetailTech. Hanim is a multi-linguist, fluent in English, Turkish, Dutch, French, German, and Chinese/Mandarin.
