WB Directors Pinsent Masons Listed and Large Company Boards Circle for NEDs

In today’s unstable geopolitical environment, fraught with protectionism and a fragmentation of the previously accepted global order, corporate governance and strategic planning is increasingly challenging. How can board directors assess and balance the interests of global stakeholders in a period of rapid change? How can boards regain agency despite geopolitical uncertainty?

At this intimate event, Dorothy Burwell, our listed and large Ambassador, international board director and Partner at FGS Global, with colleague Joe Palombo, former US diplomat and Partner specialising for geopolitical and policy risk advisory, will explore how board members can help their management teams navigate this uncertain environment. The conversation will take directors through a practical framework and key questions that should be top of mind as they enter boardroom discussions on the impact of geopolitics over the coming period.
