WB Directors’ Circle will be joined by two of Nurole’s recruitment team to discuss trends we are seeing in the board recruitment space.
This will be chance to gain a broader perspective on today’s boards requirements; reflect on your own access board’s challenges; and consider what the shifting landscape may mean for your own portfolio.
We will hear from Susie Cummings and Ned Cummings on the wide market perspective they hold, from placing over 1000 candidates a year into non-executive roles of all types. This will be a discussion session where you also have the opportunity to share your views and wins with your peers.
The conversation will be framed around:
- What skills and experience are most in-demand for boards today? And which are hardest to find?
- What ‘soft’ skills an effective board member need today – and how do you verify them?
- How effectively are boards diversifying – both demographically and also in terms of perspective and style of thinking?
This breakfast meeting will offer time to connect or re-connect with peers serving on complex boards, over coffee and a light breakfast in a warm, informal atmosphere.
Places are limited so please book asap to avoid disappointment at this special event.
This event is open to our Directors’ Circle members only.
Whilst it is included in your membership, please help us manage attendance by registering here.
