Position Description

Saffron owns and manages around 6,700 homes in Norfolk and Suffolk. The ‘Inspiring Saffron’ Strategy focuses on three elements – Inspiring Communities, Inspiring Organisation, and Inspiring Innovation; and in order to support delivery of this strategy we aim to recruit talented people who share our values and are committed to providing quality homes and services to the people of Norfolk and Suffolk.

As an organisation, collaboration is key and increasingly we are working in partnership with others to enable and support delivery of our objectives. So now is an exciting time to join our Board as we continue to focus on supporting tenants and improving our homes and services.

Selection Criteria

We are seeking up to 3 candidates who bring professional skills in either Finance or the IT/Digital world – and most importantly who share our values and are excited by our Purpose and Strategy.
