Over the past decade, we have specialised our support to help women get on to boards .. but what about once you are an experienced board member?

Being a non-executive brings many challenges and finding the right roles to shape your portfolio is an on-going process.

Our Directors’ Circle membership offers confidential connections with other established NEDs to share experience and get expert insights. In addition, as a Women on Boards member, we will highlight board roles which require experienced candidates and match your interests.

Our Directors' Circle membership

What is involved?

Our Directors’ Circle is open to those with experience on large and complex boards only. You will join a community of your peers, to be welcomed into a supportive, confidential environment to share your experience and challenges as you move through your board career.

Our monthly events (mix of virtual and in-person) and closed WhatsApp community allow you to form new and strengthen existing connections directly.

Our ‘Ask a Director’ service provides the highest level of confidentiality to discuss sensitive issues with a trusted member who has experienced a similar situation. Alternatively, our team can collate responses to an anonymous query should a range of views be beneficial. Members have sought advice on acting as a SID to tackle a problematic Chair, stepping into a RemCo position and managing a whistle-blowing complaint.

Our Bespoke NED Search team will flag board roles seeking experienced non-executives to you as a Directors’ Circle member, and can connect directly to discuss concerns or how to best position yourself for those you are interested in.
