This session will explore the transition from an executive career to become a non-executive director (NED) with a collection of paid and unpaid roles, and how you maintain a NED portfolio over many years. We are delighted to have Lucinda Charles-Jones and Alison Mckinna join us for this Board Check-In.
Lucinda will share her insights on going portfolio in the last few years and her experiences serving on FCA-regulated boards.
Alison will share her insights on being a portfolio NED in various sectors and the level of commitment and passion needed to balance being on multiple boards with varying challenges and needs.
There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions and share your dilemmas, in a warm, supportive space under Chatham House rule. The session will be chaired by Fiona Hathorn, CEO and Co-Founder of WB Directors.
