Optimising any board’s impact is a constant challenge. Join Amrop at this interactive session to discuss common challenges with fellow experienced board members, under Chatham House rule.
Amrop will open the session sharing insights from their board evaluation practice. They will unpack responses to common issues, such as breakdown in the exec to non-exec relationship, ineffective engagement with regulatory change or poor board communications.
Chaired by Rachel Tranter, Executive Director at WB Directors, participants will be encouraged to share perspectives and experience of similar – or different – boardroom issues. The discussion will take place under Chatham House rule, enabling open and honest insights in a warm, supportive environment.
