First in a series of discussions with BDO specifically for our Directors’ Circle community currently serving on financial services boards, please join us for a deep-dive session on navigating regulatory skilled person (s166) reviews.

Led by BDO’s Risk and Regulatory team, the session will take NEDs through the lifecycle of a Skilled Person Review, challenges and top tips, with insights from recent Skilled Person appointments across a number of supervisory areas. There will also be ample opportunity for NEDs to share and compare their experiences of s166 reviews and ask questions to BDO’s expert team.
