Alison is ex CEO of NatWest, having a long-established career as a financial services leader which she has interwoven with non-executive positions. With our CEO, Fiona Hathorn, Alison will share her lessons on navigating the complexities as a senior executive leader in a large, complex business and dealing with a listed board. She will also explore how the ‘soft’ learning through her community trustee and NED roles held from very early in her career brings value in navigating board dynamics and the challenges of leadership.
The open, honest conversation will set the tone for our Directors’ Circle of support for those serving on Listed and Large Company boards. We are delighted to be partnering with Pinsent Masons on this Circle, led by Chrissy Findlay and Helen Siviter, who will be sharing their expertise and insight throughout the programme.
This special event will also bring the opportunity for informal networking and connections in our warm, supportive atmosphere over drinks and light nibbles.
