Prior to joining Pinsent Masons in 2017, Emilie practiced at the Commercial Bar in London. Emilie has authored numerous articles on topics such as litigation privilege and legal professional privilege, contributing to publications like the Law Society. She has also appeared on the Pinsent Masons Podcast, discussing developments in corporate fraud law and strategies for in-house lawyers to maintain legal privilege in documentation.
With her extensive experience and deep understanding of commercial litigation, Emilie is well-positioned to provide valuable insights into the evolving landscape of securities litigation in the UK.
