We’re delighted to welcome Anita Karppi and Russell Jones, two seasoned professionals with extensive boardroom and executive experience in listed tech companies and high-growth start-ups. Together, they will share:

Anita Karppi

Anita Karppi is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in global financial markets, including roles at FlexTrade, Goldman Sachs, and eToro. Her expertise spans strategy, leadership, operational efficiency, M&A, and corporate governance, consistently delivering impactful results. Anita is a Non-Executive Director at Plia; a leading compliance and due diligence software company, providing strategic direction and ensuring strong governance.

Russell Jones

Russell Jones is an accomplished Portfolio NED, Board Advisor & Interim CEO/Executive Director with over 25 years of experience driving growth in technology companies. His extensive background includes work with blue-chip PLCs like Vodafone and high-growth SMEs & start-ups. He specializes in accelerating growth through Digital Transformation, new market expansion, and successful turnarounds. Russell currently sits on the board of Quartix Holdings Plc and Tunstall Healthcare Group.
