In today’s rapidly evolving world, navigating your career can feel overwhelming. From technological shifts to economic unpredictability, the landscape of work is in constant flux. How do you take charge of your career path amid so much uncertainty?

Join us for a thought-provoking virtual session with Adeife Onwuzulike, a seasoned career strategist and leadership development expert. Adeife will explore how to build resilience, embrace change, and make confident career decisions—even when the future feels unclear.

Whether you’re just starting out, considering a change, or looking to grow where you are, this session offers tools and inspiration to help you take control of your professional journey.

During this session Adeife will share her career and leadership views alongside sharing with the group how she has carved out her career and found time to be a Non-Executive Director.

If you attend this session you will;

  • Gain insight into managing a career in fast-changing, complex environments
  • Strategies for adapting to change in your career journey
  • Learn practical strategies for personal and professional resilience, alongside why NED roles might make a difference to your career opportunities going forward
  • Insights into navigating career transitions with confidence

In an era marked by volatility, rapid change, and heightened uncertainty, navigating a fulfilling and impactful career path requires both adaptability and intention. This Career Catch-up session will explore how you can manage your careers more actively even amid disruption.

This virtual event is free to Full and Directors’ Circle members. It will also include an opportunity for Q&A and sharing experiences with other members of our network, under Chatham House rule.
