Joy Omoregie, Pioneering Award Winning Corporate Change Specialist
Joy Omoregie is an international corporate change specialist, with a proven track record in senior strategic roles across finance, technology, sales and leadership development.
She began her career in 2009 at Thomson Reuters, pioneering award-winning programs in organizational inclusion, equity and cultural cohesion.
Joy transitioned into HSBC Investment Banking during the financial crisis as a regulatory compliance change manager. Joy pivoted into HSBC Commercial Banking Global Trade Finance, holding senior roles across UK, Mexico, UAE and Ireland in strategy, sales consulting, corporate brand management, transformation and innovation.
Joy was seconded to Ireland in 2020 to build the banks’ first banking as a service (BaaS) solution, with a leading tech company.
In 2022, Joy pivoted into technology, becoming a certified cloud computing practitioner and now leads strategic initiatives across EMEA for the AWS GenAI Innovation Centre, focusing on Generative AI And Innovation. She is an accredited sales performance coach and author of Woke at Work, a career development manual that has transformed the careers of professionals globally.
