Nicholas Laugier, Business Development Director for Georgeson and Daniel Veazey, Corporate Governance Expert for Georgeson, will be sharing their insights on the benefits and complexities of relationships with investors and stakeholders. We are sure they have many stories to tell!

Nicholas Laugier
Nicholas has been in customer engagement and corporate advisory services all his life. He has advised UK & EMEA listed companies on all aspects of shareholder voting and is very knowledgeable of hostile takeovers, mergers, proxy fights and dissident shareholder activism.
Daniel Veazey
Daniel is a corporate governance expert and joined Georgeson in January of this year. Previously Daniel was Head of Corporate Governance for Schroders and Stewardship Practice Leader for Wellington Management.
