We are delighted to lead a conversation about getting the most out of a board evaluation process with our experienced Directors Circle members. Most members will have been through one, or several, board evaluations. This will be an opportunity to unpack how processes vary between organisations and evaluators – and the differing levels of value a board evaluation can bring.
Tasneem Saiki, Director of Financial Services Governance at Deloitte, will share her insight on focusing board evaluations on matters that are really important, supported by Lisa Anderson of the same team at Deloitte. Paola Bergamaschi-Broyd will share her perspective as a NED and how non-executives can maximise the impact of a process.
Towards the end of the session we will leave time for members to ask questions / discuss their own situation under the Chatham House rule. We are also happy to open this special event to our Full Members with experience of, or about to participate in, a board evaluation process.
