We know what works – one member gets a new board role a day!

Learn how you too can get the roles you aspire to with our NEW for 2024 Masterclass.

To stand out in today’s competitive landscape of non-executive directors both offline and via LinkedIn – an impactful ‘brand’ which conveys your value-add is vital.

We share the winning approach we have honed over a decade of supporting women into the boardroom. Our approach is flexible, whether you are developing a portfolio career or balancing NED roles alongside your executive career.

Our intensive Masterclass brings together a small cohort to understand how to elevate your board career, combined with our robust resource pack to put your learnings into action.

We also connect you with an established portfolio NED who will share how building a board career really works, answer your questions and share tips from their experience.

You can also book a 1-on-1 session with an experienced board member and coach to work through any particular areas. This is an exclusive offer to Masterclass participants at a preferential rate.

Our Masterclass covers:

  • Your target boards: You will consider what type of company, as well as sector, would best suit your style as a NED;
  • Your NED brand: Our structured methodology will guide you to articulate what you bring to the boardroom, across three key pillars of your personal brand as a non-executive director;
  • Brand and Board Value Articulation: You will discover how to frame your brand on key platforms – Board CV, LinkedIn, elevator pitch and cover letters.
  • Your networking campaign: You will explore how to optimise your networking, on LinkedIn and offline, to get real results.

The highly interactive session includes individual feedback, as well as peer learning in a small cohort of members ready to invest in elevating their board career.

We know putting a plan into action is the hardest part!

That is why this Masterclass also includes on-going support after the session to maximise your chances of success. We will provide you with:

  • Our Quick Course ‘Guide to LinkedIn for your NED career’ (free to Masterclass participants)
  • Access to our Board CV course, covering letters templates and sample Board CVs
  • Board skills and competencies frameworks
  • On-going connection with your cohort via a networking session and a WhatsApp community

Masterclass participants can also book a 1-on-1 session with an experienced board member and coach to work through any particular areas you want to focus on. This is an exclusive offer to Masterclass participants at a preferential rate.

This Masterclass is equally suitable for those with no board experience (yet!) and non-executive directors looking to redirect their board portfolio. We do recommend you come with a broad understanding of the boardroom and governance.

Comments from past attendees

“The combination of in-person, content & candour made for a really valuable and empowering afternoon.”

Thank you for a mind-blowing masterclass today. You have stretched my perspective beyond what I thought was possible. I’ve walked away wanting to look at myself differently and knowing that I have a fighting chance at making it to a big board one day.
