Taking on a board role is a serious commitment and the vast majority of board members strive to contribute as much as feasible to the organisation. Yet it can be hard to assess how you are performing in the role and what more you could be doing to enhance your impact.
At this insights session, Louis will share key areas for self-reflection as a board member both personally and collectively as a board. He will touch on best practice within boards to optimise the performance of directors individually and the governance function collectively.
There will be ample opportunity for discussion under Chatham House rule.
This event is open to aspiring and experienced board directors, however participants should come with a solid understanding of the role of the board as this is not an introductory session.
