This is a ‘must-join session’ for those new to a portfolio career, or those considering making the move, to gain insights into how to juggle multiple NED roles successfully.
Every Director’s portfolio is unique – bringing its own benefits and challenges. At this virtual session, two experienced portfolio NEDs will share how they balance the different roles, as well as practicalities of running a busy portfolio. They will outline their approach to shaping a portfolio between different sectors and board types, maintaining a work-life balance and offer some ‘top tips’ on the practical and administrative challenges.
This virtual event is free to Full and Directors’ Circle members. It will include a Q&A discussion under Chatham House rule.
