After this, a transfer to another event will be given. Cancellations on the same business day will not generally be eligible for a refund or transfer, however you may substitute someone to come in your place. Yetunde Hofmann, Portfolio NED and Board Mentor, CriticalEye

Yetunde is currently a Board Mentor at CriticalEye and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Cranswick plc, a leading food producer and supplier of premium, fresh and added-value food products. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange FTSE 250 Index.

She is a visiting Fellow at the University of Reading’s Henley Business School, a former Board Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE) Chaired by Professor David Grayson and a former Non-Executive Director and Board Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) where she sat on the Audit and Nominations Committees and was latterly the Chair of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee, the Board Race Champion, and the International Board Champion for the Middle East.

Yetunde has been named one of the top 100 women to watch in the UK by Cranfield University FTSE 100 Board Report. In 2020 she was given the Women’s Empowerment Award by the Dress for Success Greater London Charity.

Yetunde was Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Treatt Plc, a global ingredients manufacturer with operations in the UK, USA, and China until the end of January 2023. Whilst there she sat on the Treatt Board’s Nomination Committee.
