Zandi has over 30 years’ work experience in the Global North and South working predominately in the Higher Education and Financial Services sector. As a Qualified Accountant with an Executive MBA and a Professional Doctorate in Diversity and Inclusive Leadership, she has a unique combination of skills straddling ‘people and leadership’ with ‘commercial acumen’. She is currently a Board Advisor, presenter and facilitator working with individuals and organisations to move ‘beyond DEI’.
