Our 'Into the Boardroom' conference brought over 100 prospective non-executives together, kindly hosted by London Business School.

They had the opportunity to learn from experienced portfolio NEDs and experts on how they can build a board career - and create new connections with peers in our warm, supportive atmosphere.

There was genuine excitement from our members, our hosts at Pinsent Mason and our team alike to hear from Alison Rose, the first female CEO of one of the 'big four' UK banks.

Our packed session for experienced NEDs saw Alison share her lessons on how boards can be most impactful and wider career reflections, in a fireside chat with our CEO, Fiona Hathorn.

Our deep-dive on 'Building Presence' proved popular with members at all career stages - both portfolio NEDs and those managing a dual executive and non-executive career.

Our popular networking sessions in Manchester, led by Becks Ganz and Sarah Perris, always sell-out fast.

But our April session went especially quickly - with rugby star and board member, Ebony Quow, amongst others, talking about the importance of women's influence in sports boards.
