Increase your impact and influence as an executive or non-executive leader
Communicating at the most senior levels with authority and authenticity is not an easy balance – made harder by our move to the virtual meeting space. Senior executives wanting to invest in their effectiveness in the professional world can benefit from enhancing their communication skills with specific, practical techniques.
Former BBC presenter and qualified coach, Stephanie Hughes has worked with Women on Boards since the beginning, supporting women in their communication skills through her sought-after Masterclasses. Her 1-on-1 coaching sessions are ideal for those who would like to develop their skills further, adapt their style to an online environment or have an important interview or presentation they wish to prepare for.
The sessions last an hour, take place on Zoom, can be booked in at any time of day (between 9am and 9pm) and will have concrete goals set out at the beginning.
Stephanie has a whole series of tailored exercises which might be covered. They might include:
- Learning strategies to deal with Q&A
- Exploring adjustments for different audiences (e.g. board meetings; team meetings)
