This Masterclass is about YOU – your CV, your board campaign and your LinkedIn Profile.
Articulate your board-ready skills | Optimise for networking, CV and LinkedIn | Get individual follow-up | Maximise your success
Framing your experience effectively will help you unlock the most competitive board roles. This Masterclass has a unique personal approach to ensure you have the right board language to open doors into the boardroom.
What do you bring to the boardroom? This Masterclass will help you identify the value you can add as a non-executive, and articulate it succinctly in key formats.
We will spend time unpacking your experience and impact to clearly articulate why *you* would make a fantastic non-executive director for your target boards.
Specifically it covers:
- In-demand non-executive skills in the current market;
- Articulating your achievements for strategic impact;
- Honing your networking ‘elevator pitch’;
- Crafting a compelling Board CV;
- Maximising your LinkedIn presence;
- Creating impactful covering letters.
This session also includes a follow-up 1-on-1 Board CV Review (worth £95), giving constructive, honest feedback on your ‘pitch’ from experienced experts who are on your side.
“I learned so much from the workshop. It is now very clear where I need to improve so I will be restructuring both CV and LinkedIn profile over the next week.”
