Our Circles of support are an additional service launching for 2025. They are a ‘go-to’ community of support for members with experience in each sector to build closer connections. Each group involves a WhatsApp Community and six events, mixed between virtual and in-person.
This community is for NEDs managing the complexities of listing rules and regulations and/or very large private companies with a different ownership structures. The group will include deep-dives into the listing rules, Wates Principles and discussions on key issues affecting large and complex businesses – and those who sit on their boards. Pinsent Masons LLP will from time to time bring their expertise and insight to the discussions. They already share their monthly Boardroom Briefings in our Resource Centre, a one-side summary of corporate governance news, available to all members
Open to our Directors’ Circle members who are currently serving on boards of this type, our Listed & Large Company Circle will provide a supportive, confidential space bringing the peer support and insight to be even more impactful as a NED. Our team will add you to the relevant Circle of Support when you join our Directors’ Circle membership, or gain a new board position. Do get in touch if any queries.
There’s no need to register online for this Circle – all eligible members will get info via email.
