Wanting to get more insight into the challenges and benefits of taking on a board role? Curious about how your experience as a board member compares to others? MM&K latest research will help build your understanding.

At this special event Paul Norris, Senior Partner of MM&K, will share first findings from their bi-annual survey of UK board members.

Join us for an early chance to hear the lessons from their latest research conducted this summer. This unique survey, drawing directly on non-executive directors’ experience, covers topics including directors’ fees, time commitment, board effectiveness and governance. It also touches on topical issues such as cost of living crisis, tech and ESG.

Many Women on Boards members have participated in the survey as part of a wider UK governance community, across Financial Services, Tech, Energy, Media and Real Estate boards and more.
