After this, a transfer to another event will be given. Cancellations on the same business day will not generally be eligible for a refund or transfer, however you may substitute someone to come in your place. Marcia Cantor-Grable

Marcia has operated in executive committee and board level roles as a CEO, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer in financial services. Over her career, she has held a variety of senior global and regional roles in banking, insurance, corporate and project finance, capital markets and product development, principally at Prudential plc, GE Capital, and BNY Mellon.  She has worked in the US, Japan, Hong Kong, UK, and Europe.

Currently, Marcia serves on four financial services boards in the UK and Europe in capital markets infrastructure, private banking, general insurance (Lloyds of London), and payments fintech – BNYMellon – European Bank headquartered in Belgium; Brown Shipley; AXA XL; and Modulr FS Ltd., all headquartered in the UK.  She is a regulatory approved person in the UK (PRA/FCA) and Europe (ECB).  She chairs the Board Risk & Compliance Committees at two boards and the Claims and Reserves Committees for the insurance board and is a member of other board sub-committees – audit, nomination, and remuneration.

Previously, she served on the Regulatory and Practicing Certificates Boards of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) and chaired the Board Risk & Compliance Committees at Societe Generale International Ltd, a prime broker, and CHAPs Clearing Company until sold to the Bank of England, whilst also being a member of all Board sub-committees.

Marcia was born and raised in Boston, Mass., and is a dual UK/US citizen.
