Gail is a communications and marketing professional, with a background in driving engagement for membership organisations (both organisational and individual). She is focused on how Women on Boards can maximise the value we deliver to our members, as well as growing our network. Gail has worked across the private and not-for-profit sectors, including at Citizens Advice, Toynbee Hall and supported a wide variety of start-up and scale-up companies.

Gail is a trustee on the board of Zetetick Housing Charity where she leads the Customer Engagement Committee. Previously, she chaired the trustee board of the Lambeth Rathbone Society, a social care charity supporting people with learning disabilities and young people. The appointment was only intended as a ‘maternity leave project’ but turned into six years initially as a trustee, then stepping up to Chair.
