Our leadership training is suitable for those in senior and management roles across the private, public or not-for-profit sectors or leading from a non-executive position. The broad range of perspectives within our cohorts is a key asset which enhances the value of the peer mentoring sessions.
To date women, and some men, from companies including UBS, RBS, HSBC, Virgin Money, PwC, BNY Mellon, Pinsent Mason, FarFetch, Standard Life Aberdeen, Clydesdale Bank and the Bank of England have benefitted from this training, as well as those advancing their portfolio NED careers.
“I was worried that I’d be surrounded by “super-City” types, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The women in my cohort were a delight to work with.” Danielle Perfect, PwC

Time and cost commitment
“Self-investment is always a good one, and the Getting to the C-Suite programme was a great investment.” Emily Cox, Lloyds Banking group (formerly Virgin Money)
Our leadership training comprises four half-day modules, which will be delivered over Zoom, in a highly-interactive format.
Places are limited to 20 participants to facilitate interaction and creation of a supportive cohort.
The modules are priced to enable participation from all sectors and self-funding. Many attendees have secured full or part sponsorship from their employer due to the immediate and practical benefits it brings.
“Would I have still signed up for the programme if my company had not paid for it? Absolutely 100% yes.” Phillippa Prongué, Kier Group
Who will I be learning from?
The programme is led by Julie Ashworth and Dr Malcolm Mc Gregor of Broadreach Consulting. They work closely with the programme designers, Dr Margaret Byrne and Dr Grant Robertson, to adapt and update the course content for each cohort. Review the individual programme information for their full bios.
We invite experienced board-level leaders to participate in the final module of the programme. They offer honest and constructive feedback on your performance and presentation, gifting you insight into your presentation and actionable points to improve.
