Ancia is a chartered Industrial Psychologist with the South African Health Professions Council. She has worked in both the public and private sectors in finance, engineering and transportation. She is a strong believer in diversity as a cornerstone for growth and development. Ancia is an expert in the areas of leadership, culture and change, who has maximised her experience to influence strategic transformation in the sectors she represented.

Ancia currently holds a trustee role on the board of Kanjanji Orphan Project, a UK based charity in Zambia.
