Customer Service and Engagement Manager - currently on Maternity Leave

Laura shapes the ‘first point of contact’ for Women on Boards, creating the friendly, constructive service we pride ourselves on. She also leads on engaging with external partners whose services may be relevant to our members, or visa versa.

Laura is a board member at HealthWatch Hillingdon , which works to amplify patient and public voice across NHS services and social care in the borough. Laura began her career at Merlin Entertainments, leading customer service teams in attractions including Madame Tussaud’s, The London Eye and SEALIFE London Aquarium. She then moved on to manage customer service in digital environments such as Crowdsurge and JUST EAT. Laura joined Women on Boards from ZSL where she managed customer service and membership across the charity and both zoos.
