Lisa Tennant is a Chair, Non-Executive Director and Entrepreneur. After selling her technology startup she developed a portfolio career. She is currently Chair of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Chair of the award-winning sustainable startup, Seilich, Chair of the NHS Pension Fund and Non-Executive Director of the Consumer Council for Water.

Her previous Board roles include the Energy and Communications Ombudsman, Ethical Property Company and the Scottish Solicitors Discipline Tribunal. She is an advocate for Neurodiversity and is committed to leading a collaborative culture, emphasising the power of collective efforts aligned to a clear strategic vision.
