At this insightful event we will share broad perspective on Remuneration from expert, Lorna Dodson, Partner at Ellason LLP and an experienced RemCo non-executive member (tbc).
Designed for those new to or considering joining a Remuneration Committee, we will also hold space for experienced RemCo members to share their experience and concerns.

Lorna Dodson
Lorna has over 15 years’ experience in supporting remuneration committees across all aspects of the executive reward agenda.
Originally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Lorna joined New Bridge Street Consultants in 2005, a then independent executive reward consultancy. Lorna became an Associate Partner in 2013 and joined the Mercer executive reward team in 2019, before leaving to join Ellason at is inception in January 2021.
Lorna is a member director of the Remuneration Consultants Group (RCG). The aim of the RCG is the stewardship and development of a voluntary Code of Conduct that sets out the role of executive remuneration consultants and the professional standards by which they advise their clients.
Lorna is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Land Economy.
Devyani Vaishampayan
Devyani Vaishampayan is the CEO of the HR TECH Partnership, an AI based, innovation and investment venture aroundthe Future of Work. She is Audit Chair at Norman Broadbent Plc, REMCO at BQF, Law Society and a Board Mentor with Criticaleye.
Prior to this, Devyani has been Group Human Resources Director/CHRO in international FTSE organizations such as BSI, Rolls Royce, British Gas, AT&T, Citibank and Price Waterhouse.
Devyani has been featured in the 2021 ‘100 Digital Influencers around the Future of Work’, 2020 Asian Women Leaders List, the 2017 Financial Times “Ethnic Minority Leaders List” and the 2016 , “FTSE 100 ‘Women to Watch ” list by Cranfield Business School.
Devyani holds a degree in Physics & Electronics, an MBA, an advanced MBA and is also a trained Behavioral Scientist. She is considered a thought leader around the Future of Work and is a regular speaker at global forums.
