Are you ready to take your boardroom aspirations to the next level?

Our Masterclass is tailored to YOU, focusing on your CV, your board campaign, and your LinkedIn Profile.

Framing your experience effectively is your gateway to competitive board roles. Learn to articulate your value in a format that resonates with headhunters and recruiting boards alike.

We cover the following keys to success:

  • Identify Your Board-Value Add: Draw out your unique strengths that boards need today.
  • Articulate concisely: Showcase your impact and the contribute you will make to your target boards
  • Optimise for Networking, CV, and LinkedIn: Get noticed and make connections.
  • Individualised Follow-Up: Receive 1-on-1 guidance to maximise your potential as a NED candidate.

Together, we’ll delve into your experience and impact to demonstrate why you’re the ideal non-executive director for your target boards – whether you have a linear career you need to differentiate, or you need to draw out a common thread from your wide-ranging experience.

Our Masterclass takes a personal approach, including a 1-on-1 review, equipping you with the boardroom language that opens doors. This session provides the opportunity to build supportive connections with a small group of fellow members who are also building their board career.

Our comprehensive Masterclass covers:

  • Identifying in-demand non-executive skills
  • Articulating achievements with strategic impact
  • Crafting a compelling Board CV
  • Mastering your elevator pitch as a NED candidate
  • Enhancing your LinkedIn presence
  • Crafting impactful cover letters
  • Includes a peer networking opportunity

Plus, you’ll receive a complimentary 1-on-1 Board CV Review (valued at £95). Our experienced experts are here to provide constructive, honest feedback to refine your pitch.
