Most successful non-executive directors invest time and thought in articulating their board value-add at the start of their journey. Evolving your NED Brand to reflect your growing experience is more often over-looked.
This practical session will be an opportunity to peer review your non-executive ‘elevator pitch’, reflecting your current experience. Led by Fiona Hathorn, our CEO, we will recap the core elements of an elevator pitch and touch on presenting this both on and offline.
We will then work in small groups to peer review each others’ elevator pitches, with a structured feedback approach. This is an informal opportunity to gain peer input in a supportive environment.
