Many of the more competitive boards call on the expertise of professional recruiters to find the right non-executives. This means for candidates, understanding how to work effectively with a headhunter is often a key step along the way.

In this special session. Amanda Floyd will explain:

– trends and issues they are seeing in the non-executive recruitment market;
– what they offer and why boards choose to work with them;
– and how to stand out as a candidate.
