After this, a transfer to another event will be given. Cancellations on the same business day will not generally be eligible for a refund or transfer, however you may substitute someone to come in your place. For this Board Check-in, we are delighted to be joined by Tracy Watkinson, who will share her unique journey to the boardroom.

There will also be an opportunity for Q&A and discussion at this informal session.

Tracy has been a valued member of our network for over a decade. We first met her at one of our in-house workshops, where she revitalised her ambition and identified a need to build her networking and influencing skills. With our recommendations and resources, Tracy developed these skills and has since become a COO at NatWest, in addition to holding various community board roles.

Tracy Watkinson

Tracy is a FTSE100 Executive CEO-2 level COO and Transformation professional, with a passion at making change happen by building and leading high performing teams, understanding and managing stakeholders with care and compassion, alongside diligently running functions. She brings confidence to tackle difficult business challenges for good, with a bias for action and an eye on efficiency.

Tracy was a recent finalist in the WeQual EMEA Awards recognising CEO-02 level women ready for the next level in FTSE100 companies. She is currently the COO for the Finance function at NatWest Group.

Tracy is an experienced Independent Non-Executive Director supporting transformation journeys, improving governance and focussing on organisation culture. Currently Board member of NatWest Trustee & Depositary Services Business with over £450bn net asset value undergoing a large digital transformation, and NED at Time Finance, a growing alternative funding provider for UK SMEs.
