Refunds for all our individual events are available if notice is given three business days prior by email or telephone, or one month prior to first session of our programmes. After this, a transfer to another event will be given. Cancellations on the same business day will not generally be eligible for a refund or transfer, however you may substitute someone to come in your place. In the case of exceptional circumstances let us know and we will consider a refund/transfer.

Katrina Shenton

Kat is an independent consultant and board director, passionate about fighting climate change and ethical investment.   She is on the Board of the £8Bn COIF Charity Funds and is a non-executive director and chair of the investment committee for Applerigg Ltd, an ethical investment company.

Kat has extensive experience in values driven organisations spanning charities, start-ups and financial services.   During her 10 years at Octopus Investments, she invested and managed c£3Bn in renewable energy assets and designed and embedded an ethical and positive impact framework for the £10Bn of funds managed by Octopus Investments.    She has held board positions on several energy investment funds, including two Venture Capital Trusts, as well as a start-up and two charities.

Kat is currently studying for the Financial Times NED diploma, has completed the INSEAD Women Leadership Programme, and was awarded an MSc with distinction from the London Business School.  She has a BSc in Mathematical Statistics and Operational Research from Exeter University.
